Submit your return application within 30 calendar days counting from the day you receive your parcel. Requests arriving past this time frame will not qualify for return service.

• Goods cannot carry customer‑caused stains, scratches, alteration damage or heavy usage marks.
• Custom‑made / personalised items cannot be returned unless manufacturing defect exists.

Who pays return postage?

Want an exchange for different size / colour?
